A New Bishop
Are ward decided to get a new bishop and I wondered who it would be. In a week my mom said we had super big news. For a whole week I have been guessing and guessing what it would be then my mom said it will change are life's but it will change my dads life a ton. I never guessed it but I would be surprised if I did guess it right. It was a Tuesday when my mom told me they will tell us on Thursday.On Thursday morning I was so excited to know what it was. On Thursday afternoon we all sat on the couch and my dad said he got a new calling in the ward I was so eager to know then Ruby said a Bishop and my dad said yes. Ruby started crying because he would be gone more. I was glad. And now he is sitting up on the stand every sunday and is gone more but I like that.

You've got a great attitude, Gib! So glad we could be there for the big day--you're dad will be a great bishop, I'm sure.
The trick is to make him laugh when he's sitting up there on the stand. Let me know how it goes.

my mom went up there to see it. But i was with my grandma Kidd. anywhay that is cool!! I know your dad will be great!
